MINIATURE Pintxo Congress brings together top pintxo cooks. Nearly 400 attendees and 30 speakers will be turning Vitoria-Gasteiz into the capital of gastronomy. This event is organised by the Euskadi Gastronomika Product Club.
As well as the Congress it includes a packed programme of activities aimed both at the trade sector and at the general public, for everybody to discover and enjoy pintxos at experience dinners, pintxo trails, expert demonstrations, workshops and more.
